Making dreams of ownership a reality is what we are about, and it is so rewarding to see the reality of that come true.

We had the opportunity to chat with Dr. Parker about her journey to practice ownership, and the part Calico by Suveto played in her accomplished career!

“So about six years ago I decided that I wanted to buy a practice that I was working for and I was in agreement with the current owner that that was going to happen. He later told me that he was actually going to sell it to a corporation, and that really affected me because I had stayed at that practice for a long time in order to buy it.

Because I couldn’t really grow very much as I had gotten to the top position at the practice, there was no room for growth, and for a person like me, that’s not enough. So, I contacted Calico, and they came through for me in finding the wonderful hospital that I work at and own now.

Life has changed so much for me as a practice owner in so many good ways I have more freedom in scheduling and I have a legacy to leave to my children. I am the dreams of my ancestors.”
