Veterinary medical records are retained in accordance with applicable professional standards and state law, which may require retention for a minimum period after the last patient visit. Transactional and billing records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws. After the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or de-identified.

Suveto employs administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
